6.1. Glidit facilitates orders between customers and restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality or delivery of food.
6.2. All payments and transactions are subject to third-party processors' terms (e.g.,Poggah, Paystack, Flutterwave).
7.1. Glidit is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied.
7.2. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the platform.
8.1. Glidit may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Glidit without notice if you violate these Terms.
9.2. Upon termination, your data may be retained as required by law or for business continuity.
